How do I request a refund?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your course/coaching. Please reach out to support@mycuddlez.com with your transaction number and the receipt of the services you’ve purchased, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via www.mycuddlez.com the return policy applied of the platform where you did purchase the course.
